Mississauga Laser Vision Treatment

Dr. Marsden, Dr. Love and associates co-manage with all of the major laser centers, including LASIK – TLC Laser Eye Centers, Herzig Eye Institute LASIK Laser Vision Correction and LASIK MD Vision. It will not cost you any more to have laser surgery done if one of our doctors co-manage your procedure. In fact, it is easier for you to have post-operative care visits here close to home.

Pre-Op Exam

First, comprehensive pre-operative examinations are given to make sure you are a good candidate for the surgery. Many factors determine candidacy for laser surgery such as refractive error, corneal thickness, pupil diameter, eye dryness or any ocular disease that would eliminate a person’s candidacy for LASIK surgery.

lazikLASIK Surgery

An ultra-thin flap is created on the eye’s surface during LASIK corrective eye surgery. After laser energy is applied to reshape the eye, the flap is replaced to serve as a type of natural bandage.

The surgeon uses a computer to adjust the excimer laser for your particular prescription.

Custom LASIK – High-Definition Vision

Wavefront-guided LASIK creates a highly individualized laser correction of your eye’s surface, guided by precise analysis of vision errors that occur as light rays travel through your eye.

Post-operative visits ensure that no complications arise and your vision will be the best it can be for the rest of your life. Should you not be a candidate, the doctor will give advice as to the best alternate way to correct your vision.
